Refrigeration HVAC Technicians
During the summer, HVAC refrigeration technicians assess cooling systems and ensure that they are working efficiently and executing their functions properly. These technicians ensure that there are no refrigerants leaking from the air conditioning system and they also ensure that the compressors and evaporators in the system are working properly. These same technicians will also perform routine tune-ups on heating systems in the summertime so that they are ready for cold weather from the start.
When there are new buildings to work on, HVAC technicians will be the ones to deploy heating and cooling systems. These technicians must use proper positioning and configuration in consideration to the pipes and ducts so that cooling and heating systems work proficiently. Once they have installed and positioned components of the system, they check for refrigerant and gas leaks before the completion of a building is finalized.
