Preparing the Materials

To begin, you will need to make a cleaning mixture. The best ingredients are ordinary dish soap and water. Mix the soap and water in equal amounts, then pour the mixture into your spray bottle and seal . Mix the soap and water together thoroughly by shaking the spray bottle.

Washing the Glass

Tempered glass is actually very easy to clean, but it is also very easy to damage. Any small particles dragged over tempered glass will scratch it. Because of this, you need to be very careful as to how you wash your tempered glass.

First, spray the tempered glass with the soapy water mixture. Wait 10 seconds and then wipe the glass clean with your soft sponge or cloth. Do not use a scouring pad.  It will be too rough.

It is best to spray one section at a time, and then clean it with your sponge before spraying the next section, rather than trying to clean it all at once.

Some areas on the tempered glass may be dirtier than others, and will require some extra attention.  However, you do not want use any harsh method of cleaning as it will damage the glass. Simply repeat the cleaning process to the dirty sections with soap and water.

Drying the Glass

Use a clean, soft cloth to dry the glass. A soft microfiber cloth is great. Any ordinary non-abrasive cloth will do the trick.
