How to Adjust a HON Chair
HON is a leading manufacture of office furniture. HON makes a variety of office products and furniture including desk, tables, and chairs. It is important to make sure that you have the right posture and comfort when sitting in an office chair. HON office chairs can be adjusted for maximum comfort for its users.
- Adjusting the seat height of the HON chair. Pull the adjustment lever located on the near the back of the chair on the bottom right hand side of the seat. Lift the lever while you are seated to lower the seat. Release the lever once you have reached your desired seat height. Pull up on the lever as you shift your weight to raise the seat. Release the lever once you have reached a comfortable seat height.
- Loosen the knob underneath the seat cushion to adjust the seat back. Slide the seat back to the depth that you preferred. Tighten the knob back in place once you are satisfied wit the comfort of the seat back.
- Adjust the height of the seat back height by loosening the knob or using the seat height adjustment lever. Both of these are located on the back of the chair. Raise or lower the seat height to your preference ant then secure it into place by tightening the knob or releasing the lever.
- Locate a small knob on the right side of the chair and pull on it to adjust the tilt of the seat. The seat tilt can be adjusted by rotating the knob either clockwise or counter-clockwise. Push the knob back in once you are finished.
- Adjust the width of the arm by loosening the arm width knob. This knob is located on the bottom of the chair seat. Slide the chair arms either in or out to your comfort and then tighten the knob.
- Pull the front of the armrest gently to adjust the arm height. This can be done to move the armrests in half-inch increments.
