  • 4d finish nails

  • One piece 4” x 28 ½ x ¾” plywood

  • One piece 4” x 30” x ¾” plywood

  • One piece 30” x 26” x ¼” plywood

  • Face Frames

  • Two pieces 2” x 26”x ¾” plywood

  • One piece 1 ½” x 26” x ¾” plywood

  • Corrugated fasteners

  • One piece 5 ½ x 27” x ¾” plywood

  • 20 feet veneer edge band

  • Iron

  • Small box 1 ¾” drywall screws

  1. Take two pieces of the 20” x 29 ½” x ¾” plywood on a table.  In a corner of each piece draw a 4” square and use the jigsaw to cut it out.

  2. Use glue on the area in back of the cutout and attach two pieces of the 20” x 4” x ¾” plywood with the 2d box nails.  Put glue on the top of the 4” pieces and connect the 20” x 28 ½” x ¾” plywood through the end panels while using the 4d finish nails.

  3. Put glue on the ends of the 4” x 28 ½” x ¾” plywood and make sure it is secure between the end panels and the back of the vanity.  Make the cabinet lie on its front side.

  4. Put some glue on the 4” piece that was just added and on the ¾” edges on the end panels and the bottom shelf.  Connect the 30” x 26” x ¼ piece of plywood to the cabinet using the box nails.  Place the cabinet on its backside and put on the 4” x 30” x ¾” plywood on the cutouts made earlier with the finish nails.

  5. Put the two pieces of 2” x 26” x ¾” plywood and the 1 ½” piece the same length in between the two 26 ¼ pieces.  Take one of the 2” pieces and secure it to one end of the 26 ¼” pieces of plywood.  Attach the 1 ½” piece to the other one with corrugated fasteners.

  6. Take the 26 ¼ piece of plywood and measure it from the 2” piece and write a mark at 4 ½”.  Attach the remaining 2” piece on the mark with the corrugated fasteners.  Put glue on the front edges of the end panels as well as on the bottom shelf.  Connect the frame to it using the finish nails.

  7. Slice the veneer edge band.  Attach it to the edges of the two 18 ¾” x 13 ½” x ¾” pieces of plywood and the 5 ½” x 27” x ¾” plywood using the iron.

  8. Take the two 3” x 7” x ½” pieces of plywood and secure them to the back of the frame with the ¾” tacks.  Connect the 5 ½” x 27” ¾” plywood to the frame through ½” pieces using the 1 ¾” drywall screws.
