1. Access the Internet on your computer and look for wholesale retailers. You can try www.liquidation.com, eBay or try a search engine.


2. Type in www.google.com into the search box at the top of the page and press "Enter."


3. Enter "Wholesale Shoes" into the search box that is brought up when you access Google.com.


4. Press then "Enter" key on your keyboard.


5. Click on the different Internet sites that Google has brought up to find the shoes you would like to purchase.


6. Purchase the shoes you want to on the website. You may need to have a business tax identification number or your social security number to purchase from some wholesale sites.


7. Go to your local shoe store. 


8. Ask your local shoe store if they have any overstocked or sale items that you would be able to purchase at a discounted price. You will need to talk to the manager or you will want to talk to the owner if it is a small shop.


9. Look around at any local flea markets. A flea market can lead to some great deals if your looking in the right places. Usually they can offer bulk shoe lots for a lower price than at a wholesale store.
