How to Create Stationery From Photos

Creating your own stationery can be tons of fun. If you want to create stationery from photos that you already have, you will need to follow a few simple steps. Once you have completed these steps, you will have some awesome personalized stationery to use whenever you want.

1. Use Adobe Photoshop or a similar program.


2. Open up a new document in the program you are using.


3. Click "File" on the top left-hand side of the screen.


4. Click "Open" and you will be taken to a screen that shows your documents.


5. Click on the "My Documents" section and select a photograph from your collection.


6. Move the picture around until it is in the spot you want it to be in.


7. Adjust the size of the picture by pulling on the sides with your computer mouse.


8. Go to the Layers tab at the top of the screen.


9. Adjust the opacity of the layer on the photograph.


10. Lower the opacity so that the photograph becomes less visible. You will still be able to see the photo but it will become transparent.


11. Add text to the top of the photograph. You can add your name at the top for personalization purposes.


12. Adjust the font style, color and size for your name to your liking.


13. Print out one copy of your personalized photograph stationery to make sure that it looks the way you want it to.


14. Continue to print out as many copies of the stationery as you need.


15. Create other types of stationery with different photographs that you have on your computer for a decent variety.
