- Find photos of beautiful scenery to hang and decorate around your real estate office. This gives the office a cozy feel. Look for photos from a lot of different type of scenery and frame the photos if necessary. Hang the photos throughout the office to make them a main focal point.
- Get a big local map and place it on a corkboard on the wall. This is good especially if you have several different properties. Flag the individual properties with their own color push pins. You can easily point out the different agencies or properties to your customers.
- Have different brochures spread out around the office about your real estate company and your different properties. This will add color to your office decor in addition to marketing for your company.
- Decorate your desk with pictures of your loved ones, floral arrangements, nice business card holder and business cards. Your desk is where you can put your personal touch into the office. If you are a man instead of floral arrangements you can add a collector’s item or decorative piece.
- Have nice cozy comfortable chairs in the lobby and office. You want your customers to enjoy the seating in your real estate office as though they were at home. Color coordinate the chairs or any additional pieces of furniture you may have.
