How to Dissolve Curcumin
Circumin is a type of ingredient that is found in many Indian foods. It is the ingredient in curry powders that makes the color yellow, and is also taken as a supplement or made into a paste for skin conditions. Whether you wish to dissolve it for food or to make your own supplement, this ingredient can be dissolved a few different ways.
Things You Will Need:
- Oil
- Circumin
- Dark chocolate
- Butter
- Choose a type of oil that you plan to cook with. If you use olive oil for your dishes, this will work fine for this ingredient. Simply mix the curcumin in for it to break down completely. Once it is consumed, you can either pour the mixture directly on top of the food, or mix it in with other ingredients while cooking the food. Additionally, if you plan to use it to soothe a skin condition, this is a product that can be mixed with any type of oil. Opt for vitamin E oil for skin applications since this vitamin is beneficial to the skin.
- Mix the curcumin in with cocoa. Ideally, for improved health, it is suggested to use dark chocolate. This particular type of chocolate is extremely high in antioxidants, and is rich so you will not taste the added ingredient once it has been dissolved. After mixing thoroughly, proceed to use the chocolate as you wish, you can opt to top your ice cream with it, or simply refrigerate it so that it can harden.
- Pour the powder into butter. Once the mixture is combined, apply the butter to bread, or any other type of food you wish to consume it with. Additionally, you can further melt it all the way and pour it over steamed vegetables for an added health benefit with buttery tastes.
