How to Do Eyebrows for Men

Modern men are becoming very interested in their appearance. Just like women, men like to be well groomed and look their best. While men's eyebrows are very different from women's, much of the same maintenance is needed. Simple tools and the right methods make men's eyebrow grooming simple and fast.

Step 1: Decide how you want your eyebrows to look, or what about them you want to change. Most men only trim their eyebrows when they become to bushy or out of control. You may also want to remove stray hairs between your eyebrows; this is commonly know as a unibrow.

Step 2: Use tweezers to pluck away any hairS that are out of place. If you wish to shape your eyebrows, you should pluck any hairs under the brow bone. Pluck the hairs that are in between your eyebrows and make up the unibrow.

Step 3: Use scissors or an electric trimmer to trim the eyebrows. Most electric trimmers have an eyebrow guard that will allow you to move the trimmer along the eyebrow to trim it without making the hair too short. If you are using scissors, cut any hairs that are longer than the rest.

Step 4: Use a brow brush to comb the eyebrows. Make sure they are evenly trimmed.

Step 5: Apply lotion or aloe vera to the eyebrows to soothe the skin and help relieve any pain that has resulted from the plucking.
