How to Make Men's Designer Clothes

How to Find Cheap Men's Designer Clothes

It's amazing just how expensive men's designer clothes are; finding them can be even more difficult. One must scour high-end department stores or specialty shops to find designer clothes, then hope that they are affordable. If that is not the case, you do have some other options. If you can sew, you can make your own. Anyone can learn!

Cheap Men's Designer Clothes in Stores

  • Consider options that you might not normally consider. Think outside of the box.

  • Check with your local consignment shops, especially in larger cities with wealthy residents. Rural consignment shops are unlikely to have a large selection of men's designer clothes, though you may find a few here and there.

  • Stop in at thrift stores like Salvation Army or whatever is in your area. Believe it or not, you will find women's and men's designer clothes there. Again, you want to check thrift stores near wealthy residential areas, as they are the most likely candidates.

  • Search for closeout stores in your area. They buy out inventory from store closings, liquidations and bankruptcies. Stores like Gabriel Bros., if in your area, are prime sources of men's designer clothes at much less than retail prices. Even if you have to drive a distance, it is worth it.

Ads for Cheap Men's Designer Clothes

  • Look at listings online and in newspaper ads for men's designer clothes. Perhaps you may find a few pieces or an entire lot that someone wants to sell privately.

  • Consider placing a "Wanted" ad in the newspaper or on Craigslist for men's designer clothes.

Other Options

  • Scour yard sales in wealthy communities. If you don't see what you are looking for, ask!
