If you want to work in the growing healthcare industry, becoming a certified nursing assistant can be a great starting point for your career.  Before you can work as a CNA, you have to complete a training program and pass a certification exam.  If you are on a budget, you can find free CNA training classes on the Internet or at schools and hospitals in your area.
