How to Find Oil Change Coupons

Finding ways to cut everyday costs is a great way to save money.  While the rising cost of oil have caused oil change shops to raise their prices, you can still find oil change coupons which will make the price more reasonable.

  1. Look for coupons in your local newspaper or in your penny pincher mailer when it arrives in your mailbox.  Local oil change coupons are often included to try to drum up business and sell you other services.  Some even offer addtional services such as car washes and topping off your fluids.

  2. Visit the websites and Facebook pages of the national oil change chains.  Many times if you give them your email address or become their friend on Facebook they will send you addtional savings coupons that are not available to the public. Look to see if your local merchant has become a part of Facebook.

  3. Search various coupon retailers online that may carry local oil change coupons in your area. Make sure that your mechanic or location is willing to accept the coupons that you find online because some locally owned businesses may not be.

  4. Contact your local automotive dealer and ask them if they are running any coupons or specials on oil changes.  Many of these specials may be unadvertised or shared with those customers who are regularly serviced at that location.

  5. Suscribe to discount services such as Groupon and other discounters and look for specials in your area.  Many times they will offer deep discounts that must be purchased during a prescribed time period.  When they are on sell, buy several to share with family and friends.
