  1. Clean your face. To help reduce
the inflammation that often accompanies sensitive skin, choose a
cleaning product that is gentle and non-alcohol based. Alcohol dries
your skin and dry skin can be get irritated easily. The product
should be clearly marked, hypoallergenic and be created especially
    for sensitive skin.

  2. Find a good toner that is not
alcohol-based. Toner is a good way to balance your skin's pH levels.
Just make sure the toner is for sensitive skin. Use a cotton ball to
clean your face with the toner and continue until every trace of
dirt, makeup and excessive oil are removed.

  3. Purchase a skin sensitive
moisturizer that also has an SPF of 15 or higher. Your skin needs
constant moisture to reduce the risk of becoming irritated. To
complete this task, you will need to invest in a cream that will
keep your skin hydrated for an extended period of time. You may even
    decide to choose a daytime moisturizer and an evening moisturizer;
night creams are heavier and provide extra protection while you
sleep.  Look for creams that have Aloe Vera, olive oil and Soy
for the best relief for sensitive skin.

  4. Keep a daily journal recording
    your progress.

  5. Avoid introducing new products into your daily routine until
you can identify which items are safe and which may cause
    irritation.

  6. Keep up the regimen and follow the steps in the exact order
in which they are directed. Your skin will not benefit from sporadic
    treatments.
