How to Fix Crooked Sunglasses
After sunglasses have been worn for a certain length of time it is not uncommon for them to become crooked. There are a number of reasons this can happen, but it is something that can easily be fixed with some instructions and some needle-nose pliers.
How to Fix Crooked Sunglasses
Use a tiny screwdriver to tighten all the screws in the hinges that hold the temples to the front of the glasses. Check the screws regularly because they will loosen again over time.
If the nose bridge of the frame is bent use needle nose pliers to carefully bend it back into place. If it is made of plastic, hold the glasses over boiling water to soften the bridge and it will be easier to bend back into place.
If the nose pad arms are bent, use needle nose pliers to gently bend them back into place. Be careful not to jerk on them because they are fragile and may break.
