When you and the agent that you work with have a good relationship they may possibly go out of their way to make sure that you are getting the service you deserve and need at the price you want.
- Paying your bill on time or all at once is a great way to keep your agent happy. Although they may not make a large commission off of your policy, every paycheck counts and they will be irritated if your payments are always late.

- Send them a small gift around the holidays, even if it is just a small basket of candy. If you treat them well they are going to be more willing to work with you, and not against you.
