  • Shoe lace

  • Rubber soles

  • Shoe nails

  • Marker

  • Two pieces of paper

  • Masking tape

  • Scissors

  • Box cutter

  • Cement glue

  • Fabric

  • Hammer

  • Insoles

  • Shoe hole punch

  • Laces

Process

  1. Draw how you want your shoe to look.

  2. Draw out your sole in the form of your pattern. The sole should be created of rubber.

  3. Produce the upper shoe utilizing a shoe last--a wooden type of the shoe. The shoe last should be the equal size, duplicating the design of your sole shape. Wind the shoe last in fabric tightly; making certain it is completely taut.

  4. Roll the masking tape around the shoe last, continuing to keep the fabric wrapped tautly. Do not cover the masking tape around all of the last; use different strips, creating three layers.

  5. With a box slicer, slice along the bottom of the shoe, taking away the tape pattern.

  6. Cut two designs in the leather and cement them to the tape design.

  7. Connect your upper shoe to the sole with shoe screws.

  8. Paste insoles inside the shoe. Insoles can be found at any department store, health and beauty section.

  9. Using a shoe hole punch, punch two lines of eight holes each on both shoes. Make certain the holes are perpendicular and are exactly even. The holes should be pierce on the upper of the shoe where the laces go.

  10. Tie up your shoes and try them on.
