How to Make an Easy Oreo Pudding Dessert
Oreo cookies are loved by all. You are sure to please your family by serving up an Oreo cookie pudding dessert. This simple recipe is quick and easy to make and is sure to be a hit. All you need are a few ingredients and a little time to make this easy dessert.
Ingredients
- One container of thawed Cool Whip
- One package of Oreo cookies
- One package of any brand instant vanilla pudding
- Two cups of milk
- Place two rows of Oreo cookies into a large Ziploc baggie, and seal the baggie. Be sure that you remove as much of the air from the baggie as you can before sealing.
- Crush the Oreo cookies using a rolling pin or large spoon. You want to remove all of the large pieces so all that is left is crumbs and small bits of Oreo cookies.
- Make your instant vanilla pudding as directed by the manufacturer. This usually requires pouring the pudding into a bowl, adding two cups of milk and then beating the pudding until it thickens.
- Fold the thawed Cool Whip and instant vanilla pudding together until that are well blended. Do not use a mixer; it is best to mix these two ingredients together by hand to maintain the correct consistency.
- Add your crushed Oreo cookies into your cool whip and pudding mixture and fold in until they are thoroughly combined throughout the pudding mixture. Set aside about a half of a cup of crushed Oreo cookies for the topping.
- Pour the Oreo pudding mixture into a clear glass bowl for the best presentation of your Oreo pudding desert.
- Sprinkle the remaining Oreo cookies over the top of your Oreo cookie pudding desert right before serving.
