Fast food restaurants are very popular because they allow you to get food fast and cheap. Even though it isn't usually the healthiest food, fast food is still very convenient. When you are starting a new fast food restaurant, the name you come up with is very important. This will be the brand you will be marketing in order to be successful.
- Make your fast food restaurants name easy to remember. It should only be one or two words. Even if you come up with a really cool name for your fast food restaurant, if it is long it may be difficult for people to remember. If it's difficult for people to remember, then people will forget it. This is the last thing that you want when starting any kind of new business, much less a fast food restaurant.

Many of the most popular fast food restaurants in business today are named after what they offer. For example, Burger King put “burger” in it's name. This makes it clear that they sell hamburgers. This works both ways, you wouldn't want to name a taco restaurant Sea Food Hut, this would lead your customers to think you sell seafood not tacos.
- Keep it rated G. This should go without saying, but you want to develop a trust with customers. If the name of your restaurant is vulgar or sounds gross, people won't want to eat there. It may be funny and easy to remember, but you don't want people who are looking for a place to eat to associate your restaurant with something like that.
