How to Order From a Pet Shop Online
Shopping online has become very popular with many people because it offers convenience and it is often cheaper than shopping for the same product locally. Moreover, shopping online has become very secure with the transmission of personal information such as credit card, home address, and name.
- First, when ordering from a pet
shop online, you need to decide on a store that you wish to place an
order with. There are big pet stores such as Petco and Petsmart that sell pet
food, or there are stores such as 1-800-PetMeds where you can purchase medications and other supplies for your pet. - Look around at the pet shop and
when you see products you like or want, click on the “Add to
Basket” some sites will have the words, “Add to Cart." You can
always remove the items in your cart if you decide you do not want
them, but if you have several items to offer, it is often easier to
add it right away to your cart rather than going back to the
product. You can also use the “search” feature that is normally
located at the top of every page and type in the item you are
looking for. - Check your cart contents. There is
normally a button in the upper part of the page such as “Cart”
or “Basket." See if you have anything you wish to remove at this
time. Most stores will give you a running total cost without the
cost of shipping or tax added at this point. If everything looks
good, click on “Continue to Checkout”. - Enter your address, phone number,
and credit card information at this point, and shipping option. Some
online pet shops accept PayPal, so you can choose this option if
available. Click on “continue” and you will see your total with
tax and shipping; if everything looks correct, click on “Purchase
Now."
