When it comes to painting the exterior or interior of your home, selecting Benjamin Moore Aura paint is a good bet. The paint is high quality and produces a nice look. The paint is longnlasting and rather easy to apply. You do not have to be a master painter to apply Benjamin Moore Aura paint.

Supplies needed:

  • Benjamin Moore Aura paint

  • Paintbrushes

  • Masking tape

  • Rags

  • Paint rollers

  • Water

  • Cleaning solution

  • Tarp (optional)

  • Painting pan

  1. Know what kind of Benjamin Moore Aura paint you need. Using interior paint for exterior use is not recommended, since the paint is not made to withstand the elements. The exterior paint does not offer the finish that the interior paint does, so using it for the interior of your home is not recommended. Make sure that you buy enough paint for the job.

  2. Prepare the surface that you will be painting. Clean the surface with the cleaning solution and water. It is important to remove dirt and grime before you being painting.

  3. Use the masking tape to protect areas that you do not want to get paint on. You may wish to lay a tarp down on top of the carpet if the room has carpeting. The tarp will protect the carpet from the paint.

  4. Pour the Benjamin Moore Aura paint into the painting pan and dip the paint roller into the pan. Use the roller to apply the paint the to surface. Use the paint brushes to get the hard to reach places. Make sure the apply the paint evenly. Let the paint dry. If you feel the need, you can apply a second coat of paint to the surface. Use the rags to wipe up any excess paint.
