- Visit the district website for your particular school. Most school districts have a main site for the district and individual school websites.
- Contact the school to obtain your child’s ID number and PIN.
- Click on “School Menus and Payment” button.
- Click on “Add Funds” button.
- Enter the user name and PIN number given from the school. This number is specifically created by the district and most likely is different from the child's school ID number.
- Enter the amount of money you wish to add to the account.
- Enter payment information via credit card, or electronic check.
- Choose if you want the payment information saved for future purchases.
- If you do choose to save the information, it is possible to set up a regular payment. There is an option available to have the account replenished when it reaches a certain amount.
- Click “Submit” to complete the transaction.
