How to Redeem Royal Caribbean Credit Card Points
When you have a Royal Caribbean credit card, you can earn points as you charge money on the card. The points then can be used toward Royal Caribbean products like discounts on certain packages or even can redeem the points for a free cruise. Redeeming your points can be just a phone call away.
Things you will need:
- Internet access
- Telephone
- Envelope
- Stamp
- Access the Internet and look up your point balance located on the FIA card services. On the website you will need to select the product from the listings on their site. The website will be located on the back of your Royal Caribbean Credit Card.
- Using you telephone you will need to call the FIA card services. The toll free number is 1-800-833-6262. You will talk to a customer service representative and tell them how much you want to deduct from your points and for what. You will need your card in front of you so they can access your information promptly.
- Look in your mailbox. Your Royal Caribbean coupon will come in the mail and the time can vary from anywhere from two to eight weeks waiting time.
- Fill out all the information that is needed on the coupon that they send you. Once you have filled it out you will need to mail it back to the following address: Royal Caribbean International Attn: Crown & Anchor Society, 4729 S Palisade Wichita, KS 67217
- Call the Royal Caribbean call center with any questions or concerns that you may have with your coupon. The number to the center is 1-888-305-4626. You can also contact the call center to see the status of your coupon.
