How to Register Electrolux Appliances
Electrolux is a designer, manufacturer and distributor of home appliances for the kitchen and laundry room. After purchasing an Electrolux appliance, owners must register the product as soon as possible. Registration is necessary for items covered under the company's warranty, and the registration process also protects the appliance owner should a recall occur.
- Check the paperwork that came with your Electrolux appliance. In addition to the appliance's manual and warranty information, the paperwork package should include a registration card.
- Fill out the registration card. The card requires specific information, such as the appliance's serial number and model name. With some Electrolux appliances, the registration card may already contain this information. Ensure your name, address and phone number are correct before proceeding. This personal information is necessary in case Electrolux issues an appliance recall.
- Mail the appliance registration card. The card will have the Electrolux address pre-printed on the front of the card. The Electrolux registration cards are postage paid so do not affix additional postage stamps to the card.
- Call the Electrolux customer service phone number if the paperwork or packaging does not include a registration card for your appliance. The customer service number for Electrolux is 1-877-4-ELECTROLUX. The Electrolux website offers an online contact form as well.
- Save the Electrolux appliance information for future use. Gather important papers, including the registration information, warranty certificate, receipt of purchase and product manual. File the paperwork together in a convenient place, allowing for quick access should your Electrolux appliance require a repair or maintenance.
