How to Rent a Limo

Limousines are great vehicles to use for special occasions or when you want to travel with several people.  Mostly used for prom, weddings, funerals and other events, limos are easily rented by individuals and groups. These vehicles are usually equipped with televisions, stereo systems and drink bars.  If you want to rent a limo for your special occasion, follow these simple steps:

1.  Find a reputable limo company by search the communities of MerchantCircle in your area.  This website will provide you with contact information as well as customer reviews so you know you are working with a reliable company.

2.  Call the limousine service to find out what types of limos are available for rent.  Most companies have a variety of limos including, Hummers, stretch limos, party busses and classic limousines.

3.  Tell the representative when you would like to rent the limo and what type of vehicle you would like to rent.  The representative will get some basic information from you including your name, address, phone number and email address.

4.  Explain your event to the limousine company’s representative.  Make sure that you know how many people will be riding in the limo so you can get a vehicle that will hold everyone.  You will also need to decide when and where you want to be picked up and dropped off.  The number of hours and the type of vehicle will determine the cost of the rental.

5.  Calculate the total cost of the rental.  The representative will help you get the best price for the amount of time you will need the limo.  Understand that you will be renting a limo from the time you are picked up to the time you are dropped off even if you are not in the limousine the entire time.

6.  Confirm your reservation and ask for an email or paper copy of the limousine contract.  Most companies will provide this information to you at the end of your call.  Once the confirmation is complete you will need to let everyone in your party know the rules and times for the limo ride.
