How to Reshape Eyebrows

Eyebrows are considered to be the highlight and focal point of the face. When they are properly groomed and reshaped they allow you to rejuvenate your face and achieve an overall fresh, vibrant and clean appearance. For an “instant facelift” follow these easy to follow steps for eyebrow reshaping.

Materials Needed:

  • Large mirror

  • Tweezers

  • Grooming scissors

  • Baby toothbrush

  • Eyebrow pencil

Instructions:

  1. Brush your eyebrows upward. If they are long, use your grooming scissors to trim them. Treat them the same way you would your split ends; be conservative.

  2. Determine where your eyebrow should start and finish by using an eyebrow pencil in order to establish your lines. Place the eyebrow pencil on the outer tip of your nose and angle the pencil to pass through the inner corner of your eye. Make a dot at the spot where the pencil meets your brow area. To establish the end of your eyebrow, place the pencil back on the outer tip of your nose and angle it to where it passes over the corner of your eye. Make a dot at the exact spot where the pencil reaches your brow line.

  3. Start tweezing beneath the brow first. Remove a single line of hairs from the start to the end of the brow. Depending on your brow, you may need to remove an additional row of hair to open up your arch.

  4. Remove any stray hairs with a tweezer that are not a part of your eyebrow or hairline.

  5. Use a baby toothbrush to comb the hair in a downward direction. Conservatively trim any hair that is too long as noted in Step 1.
