How to Spice Up Your School Uniform
School uniforms can be a downer for many students. They may feel that the uniforms take away their rights and individuality. There are ways to spice up your school uniform and make it unique however. Just by changing a few minor things with your uniform, as well as your own appearance can do this.
- Read the rules about your schools dress code. Every school has a dress code whether they have to wear uniforms or not. Aside from wearing uniforms, there are normally other dress code rules for schools that do require uniforms. You should always make sure you are following the rules and even ask about the rules before trying something to make sure you don't get into trouble.
- Wash your uniforms regularly. You may sweat, or even drop something on your uniform. In order to look nice in your uniform you should smell nice also. Make sure you only wear your uniform once before you wash it.
- Wear a uniform that fits well. If the uniform is too small or too baggy it won't look right. You can make your uniform look better by simply making sure it fits your body correctly.
- Style your hair and wear makeup to spice up your uniform. Even though your hair and face are not technically a part of your school uniform, making them look more appealing will reflect on you as a whole and in turn make your uniform look more appealing.
- Use accessories to spice up your school uniform. For example, you can wear cool shoes or put on some jewelry. Most of the time these are allowed even in schools that require uniforms.
