Ideas for Fun Company Awards

If work is becoming stressful for you, think about holding a meeting and giving out some fun company awards to your employees. Bringing some humor to the day will help increase the productivity of employees, as well as brighten their spirits. There are many different types of fun company awards you can give out.

1. Make sure the awards you hand out are in good fun and will not hurt anyone’s feelings. Think about the person you are giving the award to. Make sure the award will not make them upset.


2. Give out a Bermuda Triangle Award to the person that has the messiest office in the building. This is the type of person that can find anything you ask them to even though their office is a complete disaster. They will probably have papers lying all over their desk and maybe even on the floor. Think of it as things go in but they never come out.


3. Give out the Deer in the Headlights Award to the most confused person in your office. Think about the person that seems to be always confused about something, or is constantly asking questions about things. Make sure they know you are not putting them down and that it is all in good fun.


4. Give out the Room Service Award to the employee who never shows up on time but is always there before lunch. This will more than likely be an employee that is on salary and does not have set hours.


5. Give out The Houdini Award to that employee that seems to escape from every bind they are put in. This is someone who is very good at getting themselves out of messes they find themselves in.


6. Give the Loch Ness Award to that worker that no one can ever seem to find when he or she is needed. This is the person that seems to disappear easily, and no one has ever been able to figure out where they go.
