A superhero theme to a party gives dancers and partygoers a wide variety of options to consider. Since there are many superheroes to look up to and imitate, the sky is the limit on the choices you have. Everything from Capitan America to Wonder Woman is possible at a superhero themed party or dance.  

Couples Costumes

This has to be one of the most popular choices around. Every superhero needs a sidekick. Therefore, this is the perfect opportunity for couples to complement each other. Some famous duos to choose for the dance would be Batman and Robin or Superman and Lois Lane. If you want to dress the same but are not a couple Wonder Woman and Super Girl are always good choices as well.

It may be hard and not seem manly to dress in tights but some of the strongest defenders of America wore tights. For every superhero that saved the world there was a woman that was just as strong and capable beside him, Women like Cat Woman or Super Girl are great costumes for the dance. You can even carry this into the couple’s costumes and go as Bat Man and Cat Woman.
