Ideas for a BBQ Patio

Creating a BBQ patio is a creative adventure. Decide what your personal entertaining style is and then have fun with it. A nice BBQ patio can be a simple area for grilling only or a comfortable area for your family to gather and enjoy an outdoor meal. Some patios include outdoor kitchens, allowing for more time spent with your guests.

A simple BBQ patio can be a slab of concrete, pavers or a wood deck. All you need is your BBQ and table and your all set. You could add potted plants to make it look nice. This would be the type of area that works well for apartment living.

An outdoor entertaining space would have chairs, tables, the BBQ and decorative items, such as plants. You might add a small potted herb garden, games or a place for the family to sit while dinner is cooking.

The outdoor kitchen is everyone’s dream. Imagine a complete kitchen outdoors. Some even have a TV screen. The convenience of having a sink, fridge and other kitchen amenities means that you are not running in and out of your home all night. Adding a pizza oven, smoker or a fire pit makes it an area you will use for more than a BBQ.
