Tourism is a major source of revenue for communities and countries throughout the world. Millions of people flock to their favorite vacation spots and tourist attractions each year. The fact is that there is a good vacationing spot with plenty of attractions for everyone, whether it is the dry desert around the pyramids of Egyptian pyramids or Stonehenge in England.
Egypt - Not only does this country have an extremely rich culture, but it also houses one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, the Pyramids at Giza. Other interesting attractions of this ancient civilization include the Sphinx, the Nile River and several famous museums.
Paris - This city in France features the Eiffel Tower, a unique cuisine, and a rich cultural history. Other attractions include the Louvre Museum where the Mona Lisa is kept and Musee d'Orsay.
Russia - This country is home to some of the most interesting and breathtaking architecture in the world. Places to visit include the Kremlin in Moscow and the Winter Palace in St. Petersburg.
Stonehenge - Stonehenge is one of the most frequently visited attractions in England. Vacationers can also visit the Imperial War Museum and Churchhill War Rooms in London. France and Ireland are also just a short trip away.
