Natural Rapid Weight Loss
Most dieters know that they need to cut calories when trying to lose weight. The biggest obstacle to success is the fatigue that comes from eating less calories and the cravings that make dieters want to reach for fatty or sugary foods.
Side Effects
Several synthetic weight loss options allow people to cut the pounds faster than traditional weight loss options, such as dieting and exercise. But these natural weight loss options can also have harmful side effects. Since food is not digested, diet pills that prevent fat absorption force the body to eliminate consumed fat, leading to more bathroom breaks. Other side effects can include problems such as rash and angioedema.
Some weight loss products claim to be natural. However, the FDA does not regulate weight loss products, so companies can put whatever they want into them and lie about how natural they are.
Suppressants
One way to lose weight more rapidly is to use foods that act as appetite suppressants, causing the body to feel full and develop less of a willingness to consume more calories. However, for an appetite suppressant food to work, the food must not contribute significantly to the number of calories in the body.
Vegetables
Leafy vegetables have almost no calories; yet give the stomach a full feeling. Apples have more calories, but fill the stomach up for longer periods of time.
Substitution is one of the most effective ways to avoid weight gain. Drink water instead of coffee and snack on pretzels instead of potato chips.
