Car owners may prefer that their car be cleaned a certain way, and that is why there are so many different types of car washing services provided. These types of services include manual, automatic, or detail cleaning. The cost for these services can range anywhere from $5 to $100 or more, depending on the type of service selected.

Automatic washes

Out of all of the services provided at a car wash, this is probably the most convenient option that is available, since all the driver has to do is drive up to a designated area without having to get out of the car. In addition, an enormous machine will automatically do all of the dirty work (literally) by cleaning the dirt and grime off of his or her vehicle. The entire process takes about 5 minutes.

Manual washes

This method is the old school way of cleaning that requires a person to wash the vehicle by hand. It also allows for a better cleaning because whoever is cleaning the car can see what parts need more attention, and can also control the wash settings.

Detail service

Detailing can be a bit costly because it involves cleaning the interior of a car, which entails vacuuming, upholstery and/or carpet cleaning, and it is also time-consuming.

Although most people generally use car washes during the warmer seasons, it is important to maintain a car in the cold seasons as well.
