Unfortunately, everyone may be faced with driving violations, such as parking tickets, speeding or driving under the influence.  Regardless of the violation, certain individuals who have excessively received these violations, including being involved in several accidents, must file a SR22 auto insurance form.

A SR22 auto insurance form is not a form of insurance for a person's automobile, but it is a document that certain individuals must file with their insurance company.  This form is required by Department of Motor Vehicle (DMV) or the courts of that state, so that they will be made aware that this particular individual is a high risk customer on an insurance policy.  In addition, this document is used as a form of proof of financial responsibility of an individual.

The ability to drive a vehicle is definitely a great privilege; however, every driver must be cautious when behind the wheel or there will be consequences.  When an individual violates the driving laws they become a high risk in the eyes of the DMV; therefore, they must fill out the required SR22 form and file it with their current insurance company.  Nevertheless, driving is a benefit that should be taken more seriously.
