What is Security Task Manager?

A computer user needs to use the Security Task Manager application to help monitor the security threat risks from downloaded viruses and harmful malware on your computer. Security Task Manager ranks the processes and the tasks according to the security threat risk.

  • The desktop application, Security Task Manager, was created by Neuber Software GmbH and is based in Halle, Germany.

  • Security Task Manager ranks all of the tasks and processes that run on a computer and indicates the likelihood of the process being spyware, malware or a Trojan.

  • Security Task Manager detects all of the security risks of the downloaded tasks and processes that are hidden from your antivirus software.

  • The detailed report shows details such as the file path, the file description, the CPU usage graph and process description and the embedded hidden functions.

  • When a high rated security risk process is detected, the user can quarantine it and move it to an isolated folder.

  • Once the security risk process or task is quarantined and isolated, the user can delete it.

  • Malware is short for malicious software that is designed to disrupt or deny operations. Security Task Manager detects this abusive malware that gathers information that leads to the loss of privacy by accessing the system resources.

  • Trojan horses is a malicious program that is disguised as a desirable program and invites the user to run it, then it causes disruption to the computer system.  Security Task Manager detects these Trojan horses.
