Only if you are going to be there
Mr Larson demonstrated very fine knowledge during the inspection and explained several things to me. I would recommend him. The reason I gave one star less was that he takes notes using his camera only and if he has not taken a pic he can miss something on the report la...ter. A couple of things got missed on our report which we somehow remembered later. So if you are not going to be there, there is a chance somethings will get missed on the report.
A THOROUGH PRO!!
I am a Realtor and have recommended Ken to my clients for several deals and always appreciated his thoroughness with inspections.\t\n\t\nI was purchasing a property for myself and OF COURSE wanted him to inspect my house.\t\n\t\nKen is one of the best there is - easy to... work with, easy to understand and delivers excellent service every time. After my multiple experiences with him, all I can say is - I trust Ken.
professional and concise
I am doing business from out of state which can be challenging. After reaching out to about a dozen inspectors, I connected with Ken and began moving forward immediately. He is fast and effective - great communication and throughly professional. Seems to be a great resource and has brought me a peace of mind.
Home Inspection Service
Ken, thank you very much for the very thorough inspection on my home. The pictures you provided on your report painted a thousand words during the closing process of my new home.\t\n\t\nThanks Again!
Prompt and detailed
Good work overall; Nice to have him explain different things he found; Report was well written with pictures.
Austin Home Inspection Services
Ken was excellent!. He was professional and personable. I am a first-time buyer and understandably nervous. During the inspection he took me around pointing out stuff to me that was just cosmetic and those things that need to be repaired. He explained things about t...he house I never had thought about. I am now comfortable and feel like I am knowledgable about what I am buying. \t\nHis report came the next morning and there were no surprises. I would highly recommend him to home buyers!
