Totally Dependable
Having been to many different automotive repair centers before the one that leaves behind the best and longest lasting impression is Auto Inspection Service. I have known the owner, Jim, for ten years already and have never turned my attention away elsewhere for car ca...re since I brought my vehicle in for the very first time . Since then, the amount of attention that Jim and his associates have put in has visibly grown and demonstrated itself with laudable customer service, accurate diagnosis, timely turn-around, and quality execution of the job at-hand. AIS always leaves behind the impression of being a highly professional organization with their knowledgable staff who have credentials to prove their value of work. With all the technological gadgetry of my late model vehicle, Jim has also made the repair process much less intimidating by explaining what needs to be done clearly. Most of all, I feel that prices have been very affordable. I am a satisfied customer for life.

Excellent Choice
I have been through a few cars and to many local repair shops within the last few years. It is hard to trust a mechanic after some of the dealings I have had but that all changed when I became a customer of AIS. I was referred to these folks by a friend of my wife and ...I have recieved such service from them that I now know, I don't have to worry about getting ripped off by a mechanic again. The folks at AIS treat me like a family member and not a customer. They have always been upfront about the issues with my vehicle and I have not had any problems with any of the work like I have experienced at a few unnamed businesses that I have been to for repair. If something is fixed by these guys, it is indeed fixed...no leaving the shop and having something pop up to indicate another problem, which has happened too many times from a few other local shops. I tell everyone I know about Jim and his crew every chance I get and it is because I am sound astounded at the professionalism and service!
