Baker's Exxon

While getting gas at your location on December 28, I was very upset about the process. I pulled into the gas station with my gas tank on the opposite side of the pump - by accident. I put in my rewards phone number, continued to enter my credit card, and waited for ap...proval. After the approval, I realized that the nozzle was not long enough to reach my tank. I then adjusted my vehicle so that the nozzle could reach. By that time, I had to re-enter my info as the transaction had cancelled. After trying to enter TWO additional times, I kept getting the message that hand the nozzle back up. At that point I thought that the bank may have stopped transactions thinking that someone was trying to steal the info. So I got a different credit card and went through the process a 4th time, only to get the same message to hang the nozzle back up. At that point, I went into the store to question the issue where there were 3 young girls as the register looking at me. I questioned the transaction and they said we (meaning the 3 girls) kept manually cancelling my transaction because my car was in the wrong direction. I then, at that point very frustrated, asked them why one of them could not come out and tell me personally. It was obvious that they were award because they kept cancelling the transaction. To even frustrate me more, one of the girls gave me a smirkish smile and said "sorry" in a very "haha" fashion. That was just childish and mean. Had I not already had my gas light on and had two small children in the car, I would have drove off. You can be assured that I will never visit your establishment again and I will proceed to tell anyone that will listen of the bad service that I received. You do not even deserve one star in my opinion. Read More
