Baldini Team

The process of selling our house with the Baldini Team in fall of 2010 took two months. They were aggressive in listing and advertising our home. They held two open houses. About halfway through the process we met with the Broker, reviewed our pricing and lowered our as...king price to meet current market realities. After the second open house we received our (lowered) asking price. We were not happy with the way our home was described in the original listing and offered some suggestions to the wording and pictures. The Baldinis were receptive to our comments and quickly made these changes. They later changed up the listing again to make it look fresh. Both Nick and Maria were available by phone and email during the process and responded to our calls promptly. We actively participated with them in the sales process. I think the success in selling our home can be attributed to two factors. First, the work of our realtors and second, our willingness to view the market realistically. We loved our home and would have liked to get a 2007 price, but it was the fall of 2010 and the market was depressed and projected to fall even more.
