This is definately the best place to take your pet. The staff are awsome, and totally dedicated to caring for your special family member. Highly Recommend.

That place is bad news. All the owner cares about is her bank account which makes the animals suffer. When its cold, she doesnt turn the heat on because it costs too much same as when its hot out, she wont turn on the A/C. If the employees can talk her into it, its onl...y allowed to go on if its a certain temp outside and it can only stay on over night. It gets turned off at 7am whether the temperature has changed or not. When they get full during the holidays/summer, they put the dogs in travel cages and charge the owners the same amount. Either that or they split the indoor/outdoor runs and keep dogs outside for their entire stay in the cold/heat! They dont even tell the customers they are doing this! Customers pay for a "gourmet treat" that costs like $5 which is supposed to be an ice cream made for dogs that lasts 10 minutes but instead the dogs get a small jerkey treat about 4 inches long which lasts about 30 seconds.
