Mr. Gal made his dream a reality and opened his first retail store that bore the name Beachwave, where he hosted suppliers offering quality beach merchandise and unique novelty items at an affordable price. Today his protégé has left the name unchanged and continues to be based in Cocoa Beach offering quality beachwear and accessories for less — giving us our solid foundation as a successful retailer.

mixed reviews....where is the customer service?
I am a travel agent and had several of my clients stop by and rent some beach buggy's... 10 minutes into the ride the buggy broke down in the far lane... after fighting the traffic and trying to get over to a safe spot on the side of the road they were stranded, luckil...y for them one of the mechanics who just happened to be driving by stopped to offer assistance... After 20 minutes of tinkering it was found that the spark plug wire fell off. they drove back to the office as most of their time was gone and did not want to miss the ship that was leaving soon and figured they would get a refund... (the prices for the rental were very good) but upon arrival they discovered less than stellar customer service. person at the counter basically said " sorry bout your luck" and offered them more time. More time though is not an option when your ship is leaving soon. I took matters into my own hands as I do not like customers that are un happy with my recommendations and was basically told the same thing. Here is the thing... For as much as little as the rental cost to both the company and the client, why wouldn't you just give them a refund???? My clients were not really upset with the loss of the fee, but it did become enough of a thorn in their sides to ruin their day.
