Bella Tocca Medical Day Spa

The Director of the spa was extremely kind and showed she really cared about me as a person. I had been to spas in the Kansas City area and was used to being treated in an impersonal manner and rushed through procedures, but, the director at Bella Tocca spent far above and beyond the amount of time listening to me and helping me decide what procedures were best for me. I have never been treated in anyway but a professional caring manner by any of the staff at Bella Tocca. I already am scheduling more procedures there. They are also less expensive on Botox and spidar vein therapy than any of the doctors or spas I have gone to in Kansas City.

I recived a gift cerft. from my daughter for christmas, and what a great gift it was, the relaxation room was alone healing from the peace and music in that room. Anyone who dont like the services their dont know good taste. The staff and the director of Bella Tocca was very friendly and professional. The spa was awsome, i was treated like a princess when i was their. And the candles are out of this world, Bella Tocca smelled so good and was so clean, i would recomend it for anyone. Also i have back problems and i was worried that i might suffer some pain, but if anything it helped my back a great deal. Blessings to Bella Tocca

I have never in all my experiences with spas ever been treated so poorly. Being a spa junkie for years, I love to go and experience new places. When I entered the facility, the woman in the front could not even answer my simple questions about the procedures they offered. I presume she was the director. She treated me with disrespect and a negative, nasty personality. Bella Tocca Medical Spa in Pittsburg, Kansas will not get any of my business!!! I would not risk stepping foot inside! BEWARE!

Last year my husband got me a gift certificate to Bella Tocca for Valentine's Day. It was amazing! One of the most relaxing days I have ever had. They treated me like I was there only client and that I was the most important person there. This year I got another gift certificate and I can hardly wait to use it!

Wow, what a great afternoon I spent at Bella Tocca--hours of pampering, and total relaxation! The spa is peaceful and very clean, and the staff is terrific at making you feel totally pampered. I'll be visiting again...

The service was great, but the actual product was not. I had the air brush tanning done and it was a NIGHTMARE!!! I don't know if it's just the product or if it wasn't applied right. I looked like a speckled easter egg and my feet were black! I do not reccomend it!
