About Bi County Windshield
Established in 1982 Bi County Windshield is owned and operated by Donald Boccafola. We started operation as a repair only service in 1982. When we first started repairing stone damaged windshield the general public knew very little about repairing and recycling stone da...maged glass. When we first started we concentrated primarily on the commercial self insured fleet market. We established a dominant niche servicing new and used car dealers throughout Nassau and Suffolk counties. These commercial accounts quickly realized the tremendous cost saving advantages that repairing stone chipped windshield offered. It took until the late 1990's before the Insurance industry finally started to grasp this cost savings and begin actually promoting stone chip repair to their customers. Many auto glass replacement shops have now started to offer repair but there is not a shop on Long Island that has the experience and commitment that Bi County Windshield Repair has to do quality lasting stone chip repairs. To help assure high quality repairs always ask to see (NWRA) National Windshield Repair Association certification from the technician doing your repairs!
