Customer service and returns
These people were the worst retailers I have encoutnered! Their website prompted me to pay $160.00 for a "Special Offer" service. when I declined and requested a return of funds it has now taken over 3 weeks and still no money back in my account. I will NEVER use their service and advise anyone considering online shopping to avoid these scamers!
