Renter be warned!!!
These people are money hungry only!!!!
Dont rent from these people!!!!!
They are slumlords that rent delapitated properties, and will not disclose nicer properties to low income or minorities. they add erroneous capricious fees on the rent as follows: $90 late fee,$90 reinstatement fee and $45 magistrate fee as of the tenth as well as $20-$30 correspondence fees. They should refer to Psalms 15:5. These people are ruthless and heartless.
