Mori Condo Singapore Offers Exquisite Living

Aug 06, 2021

Recently we reported on a new condominium which will be constructed in Singapore's central region by a Malaysian entrepreneur. His plan was to build a modular mall and then sell stores inside it. This isn't the first such plan for Singapore, and the government had approved the project months ago. However, this one involves an unusual format, one that hasn't been seen in many cities in Singapore before. This article is about the new mall and its unique contribution to Singapore's real estate market.

The input is a rare Singaporean building: a six-story, mixed-use commercial center, designed as a vertical village. Just looking at the design, it is hard to imagine any other kind of public space quite like it. Large empty spaces are covered over with shops, restaurants, conference rooms, auditoriums and living spaces, making the out quite unique among Singapore condominiums. On the lower levels are retail stores and restaurants, on the higher levels apartments, hotels and a golf course, creating a "granary" atmosphere. The result is a mixed-use, low-cost retail/service center that serves as a vertical extension of the shopping and entertainment district around the Singapore Botanical Gardens.

The onnut is located in an excellent location, in close proximity to the Singapore Botanical Gardens and the central business district, making it a great place to be. Because of its unique construction, the onnut will be one of the few new buildings in the central region to be designed with environmental planning in mind. The resulting mixed-use design has the added bonus of being green, since the retail shops and restaurants use sustainable materials, as well as organic produce. Singapore's government also hopes that the success of the input will motivate future developers to think more creatively when designing new office and retail space in the city.

Located on Raffles Drive at the corner of the central business district, the Mori Condo Singapore is one of only two new condo projects approved in this part of Singapore. The project is made up of thirty-two small units and one luxury penthouse, all of which are fully furnished and meet international standards. The architects responsible for the creation of the condo have managed to create an extremely friendly residential community, while providing exceptional views and functionality. The design of the entire building ensures that the resident has easy access to everything he or she might need, while being secluded and private in the same time.

One of the main attractions of the Mori condo is the twenty-sixth floor penthouse, which offers spectacular views of Singapore's skyline and the Raffles Building. Within the walls of the unit, visitors will feel as if they are in a private gala, enjoying the amenities and entertainment offered by the building. The residents themselves indulge in high-class dining, movie screenings, and top-rated music and live events. Several amenities are provided for the resident's convenience, including an on-site fitness club, a fine dining restaurant, an internationally renowned nightlife venue, and a host of other facilities and amenities. Residents are also housed in high-rise tower-class elevators, giving them easy access to the city's most high-class restaurants and shopping centers. Each resident also receives a generous two-week fitness and exercise plan, along with numerous community events and programs, including tennis, golf, pools, and art centers, as well as a daily schedule of personal care services.

The mall itself, located on Raffles Avenue at the corner of the Singapore River, offers visitors an unparalleled experience. The Raffles Building, which serves as the main retail and entertainment hub for the area, was designed by renowned architect starch designer starch man Le Corbusier. Located on the first and second floors, the mall features five different shops: Hong Kong owned Mainland China Mall, Tsun Tong Kallang, Tsun Tong Lifestyle Park, Maxfield Shopping Centre, and JW Marriott Singapore. The mall also includes a four-story public library featuring a Hilton Singapore hotel. A one-story underground car park, designated as the Singapore Convention and Exhibition Center (SCEC), can be seen across the road from the Mori condo.
