I would like to share with you a story of how my life was abruptly and deliciously changed by Mia Bella Candles or "How I got Chili-Vanillied". My husband and I had been attending a couple's Bible study and on the last evening meeting, Kari Andersen, a vivacious young lady from our group ( a Diamond Distributor extraordinaire) ended the evening by giving each couple a cellophane wrapped votive candle from a neat basket she carried. It was a small gift she wanted to share with all of us. I was so overwhelmed by this gracious gesture and lovely presentation! I felt so special, I literally got chills. Then I placed my nose up to the cellophane! WOW! This was no ordinary little token candle. Whew! I could hardly believe how intriguing the scent was. My husband and I were both excited about this little candle. The name on the cup was Chili Vanilli. What was this? I quickly unwrapped the little treasure and had a few more long, lingering whiffs. Amazing! "Where did these come from?", I wondered. When we got home, I just had to whiff, savor and sniff this lovely scent over and over. I was obsessed! I literally took it with me from room to room just so I could try and remember that beguiling scent. It had delicate layers of discernible notes...a little orange, that tang of chili?...and then that soft, floating vanilla over tone. UMMMM! After carrying that candle with me in my purse, in the car; everywhere I went for the week, I asked Kari where to get these candles. She told me then about the Candle of the Month program with Scent-Sations. It sounded easy enough and definitely the right price, so I got signed up! I could not wait to share these, clean burning, all veggie , natural wax candles with my friends and family. The real clincher for me was the fact that these candles, if spilled over, clean up with hot soapy water! Men or women, old or young, these candles have appeal to everyone,;every favorite scent & memory! I didn't think I was interested in candles before I got this little Mia Bella wonder! I knew if it could sweep me off my feet, then there must be REAL candle lovers out there who would just love them. Right! Statistics show that 85% of homes in the US burn candles! My new little venture also came with a beautiful website, www.scent2meetU.com so that my distance friends and contacts can purchase online too! This has been the most fun, exciting home-based business I have ever done! (and I wasn't particularly looking for one!!!) With around 100 scents to choose from and a quality, solid company to get these fine products from, I have sold and sold these great candles at Farmer's Markets, parties, home Open Houses, to businesses, for Fund-raisers and to lots of family and friends! I am having a ball doing it. They literally sell themselves once that lid comes off and the scent captures someone's imagination and heart. I attach a scent sample to my biz card and occasionally send out samples to allow a customer to get a scent preview. As I said, I can do business almost anywhere via my website and I do plenty here in the beautiful Gallatin valley - Belgrade/Bozeman area.
