If you're wondering how TaskTroop came about, it's time for you to find out!

The lack of foresight and professionalism within the independent contractual industry paved the way for TaskTroop to largely raise the bar and set new values for both the virtual industry and for workers alike.

From personal experience, working for other companies and mostly within the independent contractual sector, I quickly found out that a lot (not all) companies will take full advantage of hiding behind their keyboards, and heartlessly take advantage of their workers.

All of this as created two mad-women advocates for good business, with a mission to not only provide superior business growth opportunity for our clients, but to also treat each one of our staff members with the respect and dignity, to encourage their personal perseverance.  There are some companies out there that will deliver on what they have promised.

With today's economy, the most creative people are starting to crawl out of the woodwork, to provide some kind of opportunity that will continue and/or boost their existence.  TaskTroop is one of those groups of people coming out, on fire and with a passion to help others and a mission to succeed!

Sometimes getting angry will push you in the "right" direction!  TaskTroop is not, however, built on resentment but resolution operation that we plan to implement from the get-go.

There are serious problems in our field that need to be addressed yesterday.

Concerning business:

• People are facing extinction of outstanding customer service

Concerning workers:

• Unfair treatment and working conditions

We've created a large list for both sides that caused serious discussion between TaskTroop founders and current staff.

We turned our disgusted, into positive motivation to make changes happen in our industry within the next year.  We realize that it takes time to change bad habits, even if those practices aren't personally ours.

With our over 10 years experience in business development and our eagerness to make changes, we extend TaskTroop out with a welcoming hand, to assist and prove there are virtual companies who will do good-business.

Let's see!  We set the bar high did we?  We don't think so.  The bar should never have been lowered.
