Fuego Fitness Grand Opening!
Sep 08, 2010
Hello Zumba® Fans!
For those of us in Round Rock and surrounding areas, finding a Zumba® class that is convenient for our busy schedules is soon to become a reality. Introducing Fuego Fitness!
At Fuego Fitness, you will have the opportunity to take Zumba classes seven (7) days a week! Not only that, along with Zumba®, bring the kiddos after school to Fuego Fitness to take Zumbatomic® classes!
What is Zumba®? The Zumba® program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away.
Our goal is simple: We want you to WANT to work out, to LOVE working out, to get hooked. Zumba® fans achieve long-term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exciting hour of calorie-burning, body-energeizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life!
The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you've got a Zumba® class!
What Zumbatomic®?: Zumbatomic® is a dance fitness program which fuses dance, music, and exercise together to create a fun, healthy program for children ages 4 through 12. The goal is to help kids develop a healthy lifestyle and to incorporate fitness as a natural part of their lives.
Kids love to crank up the music, shake, wiggle, and have a blast with their friends! So why not get fit while at it? Is your child a Zumbatomic® Kid? Join the fun!
