Bo-Kay Fishing Charters

Have seen one review and it was negative, I personally went out with captian bob and found his knowledge and wisdom of the lake to be right on target. Fishing like anything else has its good days and bad and every fish is different but when you hire a guide you rely on... their knowledge and equipment to get you limits. In my oopinion if an individual thinks the guide is doing wrong they should take their own boat and equipment out. Fishing a lake the size of lake erie is no comparison to any other body of water, it changes daily. I do understand electronics play an important part in lake erie fishing as they do elsewhere but in turn not knowing how to precisely read and understand can lead to long hours of moving and waiting. On a first hand experience with a day on Bo Kay charters I found everything expected, plus a pleasant outing with another kind and respectful individual willing to share all knowledge and friendship with everyone aboard. My next trip will be with capt. Bob. Read More

Didn't want to go out in 2 footers, wouldn't put out the boards if we did insist on going. Lake laid down by 8:00 AM ( as I told him it would) for second day in a row. Waste of time and travel and gas money. In my opinion, find someone else.
