Questionable Office Staff
Dr Bookmyer removed my daughters wisdom teeth in July and he was just fine, but his office staff is very questionable. They have difficulty conveying accurate information and are not sure how to file insurance claims. They gladly took our money and told us they would ...file our insurance for us. Since we have double coverage we were and still are due a refund. Dr Bookmyer's staff waited to file our refund portion until they received their payment in full and then when our refund finally was sent to their office they decided that they made a mistake and that we would have to wait several more weeks while they refile the entire claim. Since it is a portion of their daily job to file insurance claims you would think they could process them correctly.
Wisdom teeth removal
I had my 4 wisdom teeth removed at Dr. Bookmyer's office last week. I was initially nervous. The doctor and staff were very calming and comforting. I couldn't believe how smoothly the procedure went. Before I knew it, I was in recovery, then on my way home. I took ...NO pain medication, had no swelling, and even went out later that day. What a truely pleasant dental experience!! I would recommend this doctor to anyone.
